He entered upon the varlou» term s of Droop work as carried on at the preaont tlmo and to bo prepared for the future. He laid special em phasis on the work of th e scout tribes, w hich he said m u s t be accurate and thoughtful as the troops of N assau County will be registered at a future date, according to the percentage of each troop. The percentage would he figured from the num b e r*of members of a troopt and the num b e r of tests passed. Reports upon this will have to be furnished to Scout H e a q p a rtors at Intervals of three m o n ths. Scout M aster H ew lett, who Is also secretary of the Scout M asters Associa tion, spoke of the new scout uniform. The change will go Into effect next J a n uary.
