Town B oard At the meeting of the Town Board Monday afternoon, Highway Oommis- ■loner Robert Brower, applied for an j allowance of $60 per month for travel ing expenses. This was laid over to be considered as a part of the annual budget. A communication was received from the committee for the Roosevelt Light ing District advising that E. V. Bald- I win and Henry J. Bauer had been placed on the committee in place of Henry Smith ahd E. D. Seabury, resigned. . The committee recommended the plac ing of two additional lights in the dis- trct. The Overseers of the Poor submitted •their budget for the ensuing year which was reeeived to be acted upon as a part of the budget. 1 A communication was received stat- i ing that the commissioners appointed at the application of Hugo Stearn for the opening of a highway through Stearns Park had finished their work and made awards as follows : Margaret I | M.
