MORRISON Show Rooms. Grove St.. Freeport W a n t a House for $4000? Hero is ;i jiiece of property I consider a bargain. A married couple bought a house in Freeport and shortly the husband died leaving the wife with the property quite heavily mortgaged. She is unable to carry it and wants to sell the property of which she gives the following accurate description: This property is in the central western part of village, about twelve minutes walk from the depot. Seven rooms and bath, all improvements, extra gas range in the kitchen, electric and gas fixtures, laundry separate from kitchen, hot air furnace, tine situation, wellbuilt house, one year old last June. There are 2 mortgages, one for !?200U and the other for *725, with all interest and taxes paid. Must have *1300 cash above mortgage, which can be paid *300 down and balance on monthly installments. I really think this is a bargain for a person wanting a *4000 house. Smith F. Pearsall, 155 Pine Street, Freeport, L. I. C. A. Fulton Undertaker and Embalmer 67 Wwt Merrick Read a FREEPORT, N. T. We would be very pleased to have you call and let us ex plain how we can Make your Tires Puncture-proof This has been demonstrated on 30 cars in Freeport, and the owners have expressed themselves satisfied. Our method of doing this will also give you more mileage on your tires. A Suggestion on Tires Examine your tires and satisfy yourself that they contain no small holes through which water and sand can enter. These cuts, if neglected, permit sand and water to work in between the thread and convassand cause sand blisters. Sand blisters ultimately cause blowouts, which can be greatly avoided by having these small cuts repaired. It will pay you to get our prices on new tires.
