20 men to Leave In Ninth Quota From. Board 702 Twenty men are scheduled to leave Patchogue next Monday morning as the ninth Selective service quota from Local Draft Board District 702 , which comprises all of Brookhaven town , except the southeast section. ¦The list of men was released yes- terday by the Local Draft board at its headquarters in Patchogue. The men will leave the Patchogue station of the Long Island railroad , bound for Jamaica , to report to the Queens induction center , where they will undergo a rigorous physical ex- amination. Those passing this test will go to a reception center , presum- ably Camp Upton , to await assi gn- ment to a training camp. Three of the 20 men are volunteers , who expressed preferment to go ahead on the list for military service. Says She Will Work to Be Nearj Her Man Drafted in Army f Mrs. Mary Kitts , 19-year-old bride of three months , who \just decided to go along with her 21-year-old trainee- husband from their up-state home vil- lage of Harrisville \ made p lans today to continue hei* journey to Georgia if necessary. The presence in Patchogu e of th€ bewildered bride was discovered b . \ camp officials late Saturday, a shor time after she had arrived on a trooj train bearing her husband , Pvt. Hal- oid Kitts , and 342 -other trainees fron New York. She had accompanied hin on the regular train journey to Nev York , then had succeeded in getting on the troop train .
