MARRIAGES HANSEN—BETJEM ANN\ .7 Miss Helen Betj emann , daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry ; Betjemann of Say- ville , was married Sunday afternoon to Harold Hanson , soil of Mr, and Mrs; Hans Hansen of Lake Ronkon- koma , in ' the Sayville Congregation- al church , which was filled to ca-- pacity for the occasion . The . Rev. D. Pa ul Herriot officiated. The altar •was beautifully decorated withe red and yellow . chrysanthemums and white satin bows trim.rn.ed the pews. The bride , who was given in mar- riage by her father , wore a * white satin \ and lace gown , with tulle . , . veil , and carried a bouquet of white chry- santhemums. She was attended by Miss Lillian Sandilands of Patchogue , who was attired in teal blue , with maroon shoulder length veiV and carried maroon chrysanthemums. The bridegroom ' s brother , Henry Hansen of Brooklyn , was best man. Another brother , Gunvard Hansen of Brook- lyn , sang \0 Perfect Love , \ accom- panied by John P. G. Bates , organ- ist , who also played Mendelssohn ' s \Wedding March. \ Henry Betjemann , Jr., and Howard Ste-ekel , both of Sayville , served as ushers. The wedding was followed by a reception at the home of the bride ' s parents. . . The bride attended grade and high schools in New York. She has lived in Sayville for about ten years and is employed by the Suffolk C ounty Personal Finance company, Inc. Mr. Hansen was born in Brooklyn and lived in Lak e Ronkonkoma for the past 15 years. He attended the Lake Ronkonkoma school and Sayville High school , and is associated with, his father . in the building and con- struction business. He is also asso- ciate organist in the Sayville Con- gregational church , besides being a piano teacher. Mr. and Mrs. Han- sen are members of the church choir. The couple will reside in West Baby- lon . ' Miss Nancy ATiditore , daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Auditore ' of Fann- in gville ,. and Savino' Nitti , of Brook- lyn , were marriod Sunday, October 27 , at St. Vinlasi church , BrooMyn , the ceremony being -followed by a re- ception for 150 guests at the home of the bridegroom ' s \ mother , Mrs. Fran- ces ' Nitti , -in Brooklyn. The bride wore a gown of white chiffon velvet and a full length veil falling from a crown of -orange blos- soms , these same flowers combined with white orchids forming her bou- quet. Miss Marjory Nitti , sister of the bridegroom , was maid-of-hohor , weai'ing a gown of blue velvet with blue hat and veil and carrying yellow chrysanthemums. The bridegro om ' s brother , Joseph Nitti , was best man. After a month' s stay in Florida , Mr. and Mrs. Nitti will reside in Brooklyn.
