G. Meisne4 aged 36i of Oregon avenue , Medford , a disorderly conduct charge* against whom resulted- in a jury disagreement at -a-trial in Patchogue several weeks ago b efore Justice of the P«ace Don- ald W. Shaw of Bellport. After , the jury trial disagreement , Meisner had the case transferred to the grand jury, to which it: was pre - sented on July, 31. He was represented by Carl H. Hoffmann of Patchogue , attorney. Meisner was arrested June 1-4 last- on complaint of Mrs. Florence ' Gan- non of Mount Vernon avenue , Med- ford , who alleged that he threatened her outside the Gannon home at 7:3 0 a. m. on June 7 , the day after one of her sons had gone to New York to enlist in the army. At the trial ,. Meis- ner denied the charge and testified that he was at work , in Patchogu e , beginning at 7 a. nu on June 7. This was corroborated by his employer and three co-workers.
