IRIS AND PEONY SHOW JUNE 1 to JUNE 25 The testimony showed that the Buffalo Transit Company has conducted all of the bus routes in question more econo- mically than the present own- er. This was due primarily to the discarding of the special garage on Seneca street and utilization of the transit com- pany garage. The purchasing company is able to take on the added operation with practi- cally no additional overhead’ or supervision cost. The pur- chasing company was shown‘ to have a much stronger cial standing than the seller. It was also shown that service to the public has actually been increased by adding more trips. The former owners op- erated 835 uiles a day and’ the new owners 1150 miles. Flu! Ward Lacka.
