November 5. at 6:30 p.m. For 42 years she was the wife and life partner of New York Yankee legend Bobby Murcer. The program will be a tribute to Murcer’s memory with a video montage and award ceremony, a live auction of Yankee memorabilia and more! The all-volunieer Guardian Brain Foundation’s mission is to provide a quality o f life to, and share compassion with, children and adults with injuries and tumors of the brain. John Theissen Foundation The 19th Toy Drive officially began on November 1 to benefit sick and under privileged children across Long Island. Beginning Saturday, November 27, volunteers will be collecting new unwrapped toys at the Foundation Fun Center, 1881 Waniagh Avenue.
