One of the men dis- played a black semi-automatic handgun, grabbed her by the neck and tossed her to the floor. The thieves then stole an undisclosed amount of jewelry before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported. Detectives ask anyone with information regarding this crime to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TLPS. All callers will remain anonymous. *<** First Squad detectives are investigating a burglary that occurred in Baldwin on August 2 at 2 p.m. Detectives report that two men entered a residence on Cramer Court through an unlocked rear door and confronted a young woman, 17. One of the men placed a black handgun to the girl's head. They then placed a sheet over her head and locked her in a den do::et. The thieves then stole an X-Box, a eel] phone, and a platinum chain with a cross medal. The men fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim was able to free herself and call the police. No injuries were reported. Detectives ask anyone with information regarding this crime to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
