Bike Safety is the aim of the program, which takes place from 12 noon to 3 p.m. at the Rec Center, but fan is the oider of the day. That diy, children will bring their bikes to the Rec for. a police registration, which includes frame stami^ng, a license plate and official documentation of the bicycle.
