Marine commercial uses cast of Woodclcft Avenue above Layton Street should remain the same, as should low density rcridcniial use in the remainder of the Hudson Bay area. ■ 4 . Milbum Creek; To be continued for the area north o f Adamic Avenue is the current m ix o f open space/recrcaiion and lo w density residential in the vicinity of Freeport High School. North o f Ray Street, a .m ix of.indusuial', com m ercial and rnarine commercial uses is proposed, with non-conforming residential use redeveloped. South o f Ray Street to West End Canal is recommended for m u lti-fa m ily residential use; non- conforming industrial use would be redeveloped. The area continuing to the southwest side o f Hampton Place w o u ld be designated fo r marine com m ercial operations; non- conforming residential and industrial uses w u l d be redeveloped. The area between Hampton Place and Florence Avenue is recommended for multi- fam ily and '‘lim ite d ” low density residential use; industrial use would be redeveloped.
