Veterinarian Dr. Gilbert Feldman appealed to the Zoning ' Board to r ^ g n the property lines between the two adjacent parcels he owns on Sunrise Highway. One of the parcels is used for his practice. Some park ing area for it is located on the adjacent prop^y, which con tains an occupied house. If the Zoiung Board were to approve, the house would then on a “substandard\ lot. With Board Chairperson Martha DeSalvo absent, decision was reserved. ' The Board also reserved deci sion in the egse of Thomas A. Pititto, owner of 23 Plaza West Mr. Pititto recently rented his space to a small church and vvants a variance to approve public assembly at the site. The Building Department requires more on site parking than exists. In other, action, the Zoning. Board permitted Catherine Ball of Sterling Avenue to eonstnict a rear deck even though it will be in the space required fora rear yard.
