The donation for admittance' is S17.50 per person, which will include, in addition to dancing, a buffet supper provided by Mike Ocera of the Ualian-American Deli, beer, coffee and party favors. Set-ups will be provided for those who wish to bring their own spirits and a Champagne Toast will usher in the New Year at midnight. Ski Trips FREEPORT - Ski trips for adults andstudenls. ages 12 and up are offered by the Freeport S ^ y iV n u S ^ W y i -d Februaiy 7, 14 and 21. Ski areas will be Hunter. Catamount or Great Gorge/Vemon Valley, with dales and destinations subject to change according to weather conditions. The fee per trip is S37 or $31 if equipment need not be rented. There is an additional charge of $3 for adults at Hunter. Fees cover transportation by motor- coach. lift ticket, equipment if needed, and instruction at the beginner level except for adults at Hunter. Accident coverage up to $2,000 is available for an addi tional $2. Lunch may be brought or purchased at the ski area. The bus will leaye the Recrea tion Center at 5:45 am on each of the Sun^ys and return about 8 pm. Advance reservations may be phoned in to 223-8000, but the fee must be paid at the Rec Center no later than 4 pm the Tuesday preceding the particular trip. Parents must sign a.p e r mission slip for students. Skiers are urged to wear warm clothing including a hat to cover the ears and an extra pair of socks • and gloves. FJI.S. Hockey Club Runs Ice Skating To Raise Money FREEPORT - The Freeport Recreation Center’s ice skating rink will be taken over by Free port High School’s Hockey Oub for special public sessions during the school recess. The Hockey Club will be using the sessions i to raise money for their activities. ' The speciel sessions will be held Saturday, December 26; Tuesday, December 29; and Wednesday, December 30, all 10 am-I2 noon. Discount admis sion will be SI for all. adults and youngsters, residents and non residents. with the proceeds going to the Cliib. Hockey Club members will be serving as rink guards during the sessions. Skate rental will remain at 75C. The Recreation Department it self will be offering additional sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, during the recess. 12:30-2:30 pm, at the regular -Holiday Schedule FREEPORT - All Village of Freeport municipal offices will be closed for the holidays on Fridays. December 25 and Janu- Thc Freeport Recreation Center will also be closed on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Because of the holidays, there will be no garbage or trash pick up on cither holiday Friday in the central seaion of the Village. Garbage only will be collected on Tuesdays.
