Fulton & Soii.Inc^ Freeport Hadassah Wins Awards FREEPORT ' The Freeport- Roosevelt-Chapter of Hadassah was one of the ten hostess chapters at the annual Reward Reception held in Rockville Centre by the Nassau Region of Hadassah for Us 72 chapters and groups. Many small children were present at the Reception on Wednesday, December 16, since a special ChanuJeah tribute was being paid to young girls who had been made Life Mem bers and y’oung boys wbohaxl be come Associate members through the. generosity of mothers and grandmothers. A special tribute w as also paid to older Associate members whose special interest is the Hadassah Medical .Organization. It. was announced that the Associ ate members had contributed a Coronary Unit to Hadassah Hospital. Christmas Pageant At OHR School FREEPORT - The .annual Christmas pageant of Our Holy Redeemer School focused on the true meaning of the holiday as proud parents watched their children from kindergarten to eighth grade portray lambs, •shepherds, prophets, villagers, angels, drummer boys, wise men, stars and the Holy Family ill the performance on Wednes day, December 16 in the school auditorium. Sixth grade teacher - Diana Gibson was pageant director, assisted by the OHR faculty.
