It is also not based upon an indmdual taxpayer's.ability and next year's supplies— prodded a budget passes. ; If the School District finds itself able to pay for the inMiuctional. supplies out of this year's austerity budget, it will lead to.smne increased lick of credibility. After all, yrith two^udget defeats'before the final one, ih e - public had yelled loud and clear, ’‘tighten your belts, as we are doing.\ If the ^ o o V District finds the $150,000 needed or finds they don't need that mnc£, they could have so determined those fects badk in August. And what wfll happen next year? If School Districts back down this year and no dedsion is reached in the court case already being heard for tiie pari few months, where are we then?
