Howard Larsen, member ^of the William Clinton Story Post #342 of iKc American Legion and National Sergeant-At-Arms, was singled out this week for special acclama tion by Walton McDuffie, the local .post’s new Commander. “ One of the most outstanding members of our Post has been ^ Howard Larsetj,\ McDuffie said while preparing for his in stallation Saturday nlght.^ “ in the light of his many years, of devoted service to our post, as well as on County, State and National levels.” Past Commander Larsen re turned last week from the Amer ican Legion convention in Seattle, Washington, where his duties were to control the platform and the “order of the house/' which included the reception of all dis tinguished guests during the week-long event.
