R ecognizing th e effeots of inflation and higher costs of living, the A u th o r ity has req u e s ted an d received H U D approval for increases ih th e incom e lim its for adm ission bnd for continued occupancy. The incom e m a x im u m for one persc/n has been increased from $3800 to $4200. F o r tw o persons the new incom e lim it is $4600, for a fam ily of three it is $5300. H a n s e P a rk, according to plans developed by the V illage A d m inistration, is to be co n v e rted into one of the finest com m u n ity centers on L o n g Island. An ideal location, accessible by m a jo r roads, it is m a d e to o r d e r for developm e n t into a central recreation area. L a s t y e a r th e A d m inistration had a professional organization.
