Village maintinence men cannot go over the town’s surface with a fine tooth comb, it certainly isn't ex pected. As many people have brouglit various probiems to tlie attention of INSIDE OUT, thi.s paper will publish^ legitimate complaints and will try to serve in keeping the proper agency in formed, and residents with minor problems .'■ntisfied. Only last week a high truck pulled a wire down again, disengaging electric pow er to a private home. Bay view Ave. has a blind spot, caused by a large tree, curbside. There is a hole in the ro.ad at 154 St. Marks Ave. Also a hole at the comer of Nas.snu Avc, and Front St. PARKS DEPT.: There is glass strewn about Randall Park. Perhaps an ordinance im posing a fine for taking glass into our parks is in order, as there scbih to be citizens who would rather’ be policed than policed themselves.
