The Wolves also had a nip and tuck duel with the Orioles, who faltered in the last two frames jof the first and second games, to give the league-leaders an 8 to 3 victory. Tony D’Ambra with a 504 and Bob Di Miceli and Walt Degener, each bowling over aver age,'were more than the Orioles could match.
