Dodd Junior High School, formerly the Freeport Jun ior - Senior High School, will be dedicated to Freeport's retiring Superintendent John W. Dodd in a ceremony to be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 30. Dr. Dodd’s retirement In June will mark the end of dedicated and distinguished career in the field of education. The Board decided last year to give permanent recognition to his many years of service by re naming the Junior High School in hJs honor.
