Thomas V. Kelly, toaii parks dl- ' rector, disclosed that traffic prob lems in connection with the project ■ are being studied by \experts.*' He said town police will handle law- enforcement work Inside the recre ational facility .but In answer to a direct question he admitted >extrn Freeport police will be needed to' handle traffic to and from the park on South Grove street.
