Town officials will give full con sideration to the ow n ership claims of w a terfront owners whose prop** erty has been eroded and who wish to build bulkheads out to the prop- ert ylines shown on their deads. In brief, the reported agreement follows: , (1) Hempstead Town will continue its policy of exam ining each Indi vidual claim. Persons who have been asked to pay r e n t if they build bulk heads out beyond the present m ean high water m a rk will file applica tions for quit-claim deeds— and will gain recognition of their ow n er ship if boundaries a re legally proven in deeds and maps.
