Congregation To Build Temple and School On- North Bayview Avenue Congregation B*nai Israel, one of the oldest Conservative Congrega tions on Long Island, and affiliated w ith the United Synagogue of America, has announced th a t plans have been completed for a cam p aign ' to raise the Sum of $350,000 to erect a new synnggggiie, youth center and .. religious school. T h e site chosen for the project Is the form er property of H e rm an Rosenstein on N o rth B a y - view avenue, which consists of ap proxim ately .two and a h a lf acres and the home of M r: Rosenstein.
