Bourke. D irector of the New York S tate Jofnt Hospital Planning and Survey Commission. 'T h e $2,800,000 expansion program Will increase the institution from 98 fo 250 beds, and Includes a new 72- bed, 80-bassinet m a ternity wing, new surgical Wing, adm inistrative an d special services wing, new emergency wards as well as reno vated and enlarged pediatrics sec tion in the present building.
