Lynbrook. were married Sunday at 1:30 P.M. in the Hotel Henry Hudson. Man- hattan. Mr. Wolder gave his daugh- ter in marriage and Rabbi Samuel Rachman, of Far Rockaway. offici- ated at the wedding rites. Mrs. Libby Herschenfeld. a school chum of the bride, was matron of honor, while Jack Bate, of Evans- ton, Ind., was best made for his brother. The newlyweds left Monday morn- ing for a trip to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Toronto and other points of interest in Canada. They will be at home after Oct. 15, in an apart- ment ru 128 South Grove st. The bride was graduated from Freeport High School in 1941. and entered Syracuse University. As the United States was drawn into the war. she became a precision inspector for Grumman's and con- tinued her .studies at night :it Hof- sira College. Later she entered New York University where she majored in textile merchandising and retailii;^ and was graduated with honors in August. Mr. Bate is a graduate of Lynbrook High School.
