MY40488 FARMINGDALE Library Friends Two Burglaries A meeting of the Friends of the Farmingdale Library will be held at the Main Library - Main and Conklin Streets - on Thursday November 18 at 8:30 p.m. David Molnia will present a slide-talk entitled \Olmec Civilization of Meso-America\ This fascinating culture is little known and has only recently been studied. The Olmec is the parent culture to the Maya, the Aztec and Inca. This is the second presentation on the cultures of Meso-America. All are welcome to attend. Election of officers will be held. Police said the T & C Car Wash at 150 Fulton Street was entered through a rear door during the night of November 4. Reported missing was $57 in cash and the keys to the building. . The residence at 165 Conklin Street was entered through a rear door sometime the following night. Stereo equipment was reported missing. On the very first try this year for the extra point by kicking, Scott Jankowski put it thru the uprigh* . srfectly. The whole offensive unit executed perfectly from the holder John Detommaso, the snapper Bob D'Aquino and the entire line. The defensive unit led by co-captain John Detommaso allowed Franklin Square only 20 yeards of which 15 yards was passing for the day. Jeffery Penner, Tony Pezzano, Brenden Wilcox, Vinny Quinn played heads up ball. Vinny Quinn recovered 2 fumbles and Tony Pezzano recovered one. Don Lang, John Detom- maso and Scott Jankowski each had an interception. The offense led by QB Robert Robitzek rolled up 234 yards. Total offense which m- eluded 114 yards passing. Robitzek completed 14 of 27 passes at- tempted and had 14 first downs. D'Aquino caught 5 passes for 49 yards, Lang 3 for 30, and Detom- maso 6 for 39 yards respectively. McGowan, Bohm and Santoro had a good day on the offensive line. TD were scored by Don Lang, 51 yard run, Robert D'Aquino 12 yard pass from Robitzek, Don Lang 7 yard pass from Robitzek and Robitzek 1 QB sneak. The PAT was a pass to Lang.
