The plans, which have been drawn by the firm of Star· rett & Van Vleck, have undergone a number of minor revisions, the pr in· cipnl object of which was to kee p th e cost within the range authorized. When completed, it is believed that the new structure will be one of the most modern or its kind in the coun- try. It will include classrooms, audi· 1 torium, gymnasium, executive offices and othe r features which will un- 1 doubtedly enhance the efficie n cy a n d 1 I - • usefulness of the building. M r.
