County, New York , as follows Section1 1 The construction of a new roof for a hangar at the Municipal Airport in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County, New York, as more fully described in the current Capital Program of said Town instituted pursuant to Section 99-g of the General Municipal Law , is hereby authorized al a maximum estimated cost of $40 , 000 Section 2 The plan for the financing of such maximum estimated cost is as follows A) By the issuance of $38 ,000 serial bonds of said Town , hereby authorized to be issued pursuant to the Local Finance Law , and b) By the issuance of $2 , 000 capital no tes of said Town , hereby authorized to be issued therefor pursuant to the Local Finance Law Such capital notes shall be sold at private sale , and all further powers in connection with the details and sale thereof are hereby delegated to the Supervisor of said Town in accordance with the Local Finance Law Pur- suant to Section 107 00 of the Local Finance Law , the proceeds from the sale of such capital notes will be provided prior to the issuance of the bonds herein authorized , or bond anticipation notes Section 3 U is hereby deter- mined that the period of probable usefulness of the aforesaid specific object or purpose is ten years , pursuant to subdivision iii ai (3) of paragraph a of Section 11 00 of the Local Finance Law It is hereby further determined that the maximum maturity of the serial bonds herein authorized will exceed five years Section 4 The faith and credit of said Town of Ishp, Suffolk County, New York , are hereby irrevocably pledged for the payment of the principa l of and interest on such obligations as the same respectively become due and payable An annual ap- propriation shall be made in each year sufficient to pay the prin- cipal of an interes t on such obligations becoming due and payable in such year There shall annually be levied on all the taxable real property in said Tow n , a tax sufficient to pay the principa l of and interest on such obligations as the same become due and payable Section 5 Subject to the provisions of the Local Finance Law , the power to authorize the issuance of and to sell bond an- ticipation notes in of Ishp is the owner of a building located on Railroad Avenue in the Hamlet of Sayville. known as the Sayville Court House Building, and WHEREAS there presently exists office space recently vacated by Assemblyman Dennis O Doherty, and WHEREAS the Community Ambulance Company, Inc , a nonprofit corporation , serving the Hamlets of Bayport , Bohemia , Oakdale , Sayville and West Sayville . has requested the Town of Ishp to permit them to lease said office space for a period of one (1) yea r pending the completion of a building to house said company, and WHEREAS, a determination has been made by the Town Comptroller tha t a rental fee of Thirty ($30 00) Dollars per month would be fair and adequate for the rental of such office space , approximately nine by twelve feet (9' x 12') in The maximum estimated cost of the aforesaid class of objects or purposes is now determined to be $130 , 450 , and the plan for the financing thereof consists of the issuance of the $30 , 450 serial bonds of said Town heretofore authorized by the aforesaid bond resolution adopted on June 4 , 1974 , and by the issuance of an additional $100 , 000 serial bonds of said Town hereby authorized to be issued pursuant to the Local Finance Law Section 3 It is here by deter- mined that the period of probable usefulness of the aforesaid class of objects or purposes is at least ten years , pursuant to sub- division 12(a)(3) of paragraph a of Section ll 00 of the Local Finance Law It is hereby further determined that the maximum maturity of the senal bonds herein authorized will not exceed live years , and that no down (Continued on Page 21)
