LEGAL NOTICE (Continued fro m Page 25) personally for registration shall be entitled to have his name placed upon such register provided that at such meeting of the Board of Registration he is known or proven to the satisfaction of such Board of Registration to be then or thereafter entitled to vote at the annual District meeting and election for which such Register is prepared. A person shall be entitled to vote at the annual school election who is a) a citizen of the United States , b) 18 years of age , and c) a resident within the Bay Shore Union Free School District for a period of thirty (30) days next preceding the date of said annual election. The Register , or Registers , prepared at the annual election held May 8 , 1974 will be used as a basis for the preparation of the Register for the annual meeting and election to be held May 7 , 1975. All persons who shall have previously registered and who shall have voted at any annual or special meeting or election held on or subsequent to the annual election held May 2 , 1973 , shall be included among those eligible to vote at such annual meeting. No person will be entitled to vote at such annual meeting and election whose name does not appear on the Register of the School District prepared for such annual meeting and election. Immediately upon its com- pletion and no later than May 2 , 1975 , the Register shall be filed in the office of the District Clerk , where it shall be opened to in- spection by any qualified voter of the District between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. on each day thereafter , except Sunday, May 4 , 1975 , up to and including the day set for the annual meeting and election. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Registration of the District shall also meet during the annual election of the District at the place where such annual election is held , described above , for the purpose of preparing a register for meetings or elections held subsequent to such annual election. Persons registering at such time shall be eligible to vote at next year ' s annual meeting and election and all intervening special district meetings. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to Section 2035 of the Education Law and Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Education any specific proposition or question to be submitted for vote at the annual meeting and election must be filed at the office of the District Clerk , District Administrative Office , 75 West Perkal Street , Bay Shore , N.Y., not later than 4:00 p.m. April 23 , 1975 , in the LEGAL NOTICE form of a petition containing the signatures of not less than 100 qualified voters of the District. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE the Board of Education will hold a BUDGET IN- FORMATION HEARING on Wednesday, April 23 , 1975 , at 8:00 P.M., in the AUDITORIUM of the Bay Shore Senior High School , 155 Third Avenue , Bay Shore , New York. The purpose of such meeting is to furnish the residents of the District with LEGAL NOTICE complete and accurate in- formation concerning the proposed school and library budgets for 1975-1976.
