When you see them on the street with two umbrellas, you can bank on it that their honeymoon is over. Nobody Knows In Either Case. A clock will keep good time with out hands, nobody can know it. And a good store may also keep a good stock of goods without adver- tising, Not Alone. An eastern university has announced that it wants a million dollars. What of it? So do we. Ever Notice It? It isn't what a woman knows that worries her most. It's what she does not know and can't find out. A baby who could not get a complete Noah's ark in its mouth. Or one that could not wiggle a pin into some part of its anatomy every twenty-four hours- An alarm clock that did not give a click of delight just before per- forming its wicked duty. A bed-bug that did not delight i a disporting itself in the presence of your most fastidious guests. A collar button that did not pre- fer the dark recesses under the bed to its rightful place in a shirt band. The politician who makes a 'amous speech that rings around the world becomes a great man and breaks into history. But the Farmer who raises the biggest potato and fhe cleanest wheat is a boon to humanity and history never hears of him. And yet we ilaim to be just and impartial people.
