Joseph Finn of Albion, who was arrested here last Tuesday on the charge of assaulting a trainman, was oiamined before Justice Spaulding in Albion on Wednesday. He plead- ed not guilty and his case was ad- journed until next week, he giving a bail bond of $300 to appear at that time.
