May 81. 1983 Mr. and Mrs. Mark Joseph Christopher (The former Melody Ann VanApeldoorn) Vows Taken At Albion Church St. Joseph's Church in Albion was the setting for the May 14 wedding -of Melody Ann VanApeldoorn and Mark Joseph Christopher. The Rev. Richard Wetter officiated at the 3 p.m. ceremony. The bride was escorted to the altar by her mother and stepfather, James and Cairn Vandenbosch. She wore a gown with a Queen Anne neckline, bishop sleeves and a re- embroidered alencon lace fitted bodice. A pleated chiffon skirt trimmed with crystal pleating and a schiffle lace chapel train completed her gown. A Juliet cap made of re- embroidered alencon lace held the fingertip scalloped veil and she carried a bouquet of white sweetheart roses, white car- nations and baby's breath. Wendy VanApeldoorn of Quaker Hill Road, Albion was maid of honor, - with bridesmaids, Krista VanApeldoorn, Quaker Hill Road, AlBion Christopher. It was enhanced with a fitted bodice, a large pleated skirt dnd a sash that tied in back at the waist. The rest of the rn wore the same style gown but in deep purple. They all carried sweetheart roses and baby's breath with white and violet streamers. James Christopher of Albion served as the best man. Ushers were Stephen Christopher, West State Street, Nicholas Christopher, Million Doliar Highway, Frank VanApeldoorn, Quaker Hill Road, all of Albion, and Michael Tully of Rochester. The newlyweds were greeted at a reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Albion, from 5 - 11 p.m. Guests were present from Buffalo, Rochester, LeRoy, - Middleport and Arizona. Following a 10-day honeymoon in Arizona, the riew Mr. and Mrs. Christopher will be making their home at 3568 Butts Road, Albion. A wreath of ivory satin flowers trimmed with fresh ivy held the chiffon fingertip veil, and she carried a cascade bouquet of ivy, glamelias and stephanotis. Eppolito, Lyn- donville, was graduated cum laude from the School of Allied Health Professions at Ithaca College on Sunday, May 15 where she received a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy. Miss Eppolito was selected as a marshal for degree candidates, leading the graduates of the School of Allied Health into the com- mencement ceremony. The senfor class of 950 students was the largest ever to be graduated and this year's was the 8th commencement at Ithaca College, which was founded in 1892. ber four years of college, Eppolito received many scholarships including the Surdna Foundation, the Fred W. Her crescent shape bouquet held fugi ports, daisies, miniature carnations, stephanotis and baby's breath. The matron of honor and flower girl wore gowns of ivory with sheer blue print overlay. They featured sweetheart neckline, off-the-shoulder puffed sleeves, natural wasitline and full skirts with a bustle back. The other at- tendants wore similar gowns with pink sheer overlay. All the attendants carried bouquets of mixed flowers.
