Elks Kids Christmas Party All Gouverneur area youngsters of \Santa age\ are invited tot he annual Children's Christmas Party, hosted by the Gouverneur Elks Lodge on Sunday, Dec. 17, starting at 1 p.m. Food, fun, music and gifts will abound, with Santa Claus as the center of attraction.
