Immunization Clinic St. Lawrence County Public Health NursingServ- ice has scheduled an immunization clinic for pre- school children and Parent/Child Health Counsel- ing (PACH). Triple vaccine (diptheria-tetanus-whooping cough), Sabin oral polio vaccine, measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine and Hib vaccine (for meningitis) will be given. Parents should bring records of their children's previous immunizations to the clinic. Children must be two months of age for regular immunizations and 2-5 years of age for Hib vaccine. Parking Ban Residents of the Village of Gouverneur are re- minded that parking is prohibited on village streets from 2-6 a.m., Nov. 15 through April 15. Residents are urged to comply with this local law to help the village facilitate its snow removal operations. Vio- lators of this parking ban will be ticketed. The ban also applies to parking between the sidewalk and the curb.
