To those of us who were already struggling because of low incomes, the soaring prices of food and fuel are making it hard to stay alive and well. The Neighborhood Center does not give a hand out but it does give a great many jpeople a helping* hand. Gouverneur is said to have one of the best Neighborhood Centers anywhere, but it- needs your help.
