St. Lawrence Project, visitor count for the first 10 months of 1973 totaled 136,498 persons which is a decrease of approximately 16.000 persons for the same period in 1972. Visitors came from every state in the union, every province of Canada and from 38 foreign countries. The Power Authority also announced the visiting hours of the St. Lawrence project for the winter months. The public exhibition areas are open during the normal business wefck. Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed weekends. The power dam will also be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, New Years and Washington's birthday. Rogers State Veteran Counselor, to report any change of their address as soon as possible to the VA. The veterans official pointed out that failure to do so could cause considerable delay in receipt of the benefit checks at a time when they may be most needed \Both the VA and the local Post Office, the counselor said, should be notified of any address change to insure delivery of the checks to the new address with a minimum of delay.
