The American Legion and VFW have expressed the hope that all organisations who have participated previously in the march and ceremony will attend this year. Rangers hold blood clinic A goal of 900 pints has been set for the Ranger Blood Clinic to be held this week. Collection began yesterday at the Clarkson College Lewis House, Potsdam. Hours for the clinic today are from 11 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Sponsoring the drive are Clarkson College ROTC Rangers and Potsdam Community Blood Committee. Doris Tyler is Day Chairman. Multiple Sclerosis Week Multiple Sclerosis, the great crippler of young adults, can strike anyone — usually persons between ages twenty and forty. MS (multiple sclerosis) can mean long years of crippling disability, often eventual paralysis.There is no cure for MS, but there is hope through research sponsored by the National Multiple Sclerosis Societies. Your con- tribution could help discover the cure. Forty per cent of the funds received go to National research and sixty per cent to local patient services, walkers, wheel chairs, a patient survey, etc. There are at least 40 diagosed cases of multiple sclerosis in St. Lawrence County.
