The water in the St. I^awrence is consider- able lower now than it was lasfc year, and it was on account of this high water that the road across the marsh to the Point was so bad. A number of our sport loving people met at Dr. A. L. Bust's Monday after- noon and organized the Meadow Golf Club, Dr. A. L. Bust was- chosen pres- ident-and H. H. Hawkins secretary- treasurer. The club starts put with about thirty members.
