GOES OUT WEST Miss Frances Kelly, daughter of Mrs. James Kelly of Barker Avenue, left by jet plane Thurs day from Idlewild International Airport for a vacation in the West. i>he arrived at Los Angeles, where she will be the guest of her brother, Robert Kelly, and will join her sister, Miss Helen Kelly, who has been on a mo toring tour with friends for the past three weeks. The two sisters will continue traveling by motor and will arrive home on August 15. Frances is on vacation from the New York office of General Electric and Helen will resume her teaching position in Pleasantville in September. While vacationing for ten days at their summer cabin at Ball Pond Lake in Connecticut, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Eline marked their seventh wedding anniversary, on July 25.
