B Kirchhoff Park Permits For 2 Years Westchester residents who use the restricted parks in the county are going to get a break. The new residence permits which go on sale lor one dollar starting in January ar^ going to be for two years in stead of one. The Westchester Park Commis sion voted to grant the extension. This was in keeping a pledge made to the Board of Supervisors earlier this year when the Board com plained that the dollar a year for persons sixteen and over was a hardship on large families. The Park Commission sold some 86,000 permits last year for use in Tibbetts, Glen Island and Kings- land Point Parks, Saxon Woods, Willsons Woods and Tibbetts Brook Pools and Dunwoodie and Saxon Woods Golf Courses. Up to this year, residence per mits had been sold at one dollar a family. The one dollar for two years for persons sixteen and over was a compromise between DOPE SUSPECT JAILED MOUNT VERNON—A suspected dope pusher was jailed for six months yesterday by City Judge P. Raymond Sirignano. The sent ence came after Edward Honig, twenty, had pleaded guilty to pos session of seven marijuana cigar ettes and some loose marijuana. Zone 3 Lions Meet in Kisco Over 90 Lions and guests from Zone 3, Region 1, covering Mount Kisco, Chappaqua, North Castle, Pleasantville and Thornwood were guests of the Mount Kisco Club at a dinner meeting in the Pres byterian Church Sunday School room on Deo. 9. The Rev. Lee Fairchild, zone chairman, presid ed. Speakers included Walter Holmes of New York, alternation* al councilor, James A. O'Connor. New Rochelle, District Governor of 20-R, and Ray G. Froude of Thorn wood, deputy district governor of Region 1. Russell Ticknor of the Mount Kisco Club discussed the current Lions' project a glaucoma clinic.
