To merchants, wjiose business requires a short and certain passage for their merciiandize, and to others who may Want to transport to the New-YorK market, Horses, Cattle, Hogs, Sheep, &,c. or the various kinds of market stuff, such as Butter, Cheese, Fruit, &c. &c. the advantages of such an arrangement must be evident'.
