Hacket, the victim of the Montreal row on Oi ange day will be burried on Monday with full Orange honors. A large number of the members of the order w ill be present from diflerent cities and towns. The Indian war was the principal matter under consideration in the cabinet yesterday. It is regarded as necessary to take every proper method to end now and forever the hostile demonstrations of the Indian tribes, and this latest outbreak is considered as equally serious with any of late years. Nine companies of the Second Infantry left Atlanta, Georgia, this morning for St. Louis, where arrangements have been made to forward them without delay to the present scene of Indian hostilities. James Durheim, the well known architect of West Hoboken, who planned some of the interior decorations of the St. Michael Mon- astery, committed suicide at his home last night. The Russian telegraphic agency says: Prince Bismarck has declared it to be his opinion, that anj' meditation is at present im- possible. It is denied that a convention exists between Roumania and Servia. Russia and Austria have agreed to give those principalities good advice, without assuming the right to inter- vene. A Russian ofldcial dispatch from Tiflis, states that the TurkLsh force defeated, when Gen.
