I am writing this letlet to compliment you and your staff and overall organization for the incredjble high level of care provided on this particular patient. There were multiple levels or care providen from the ambulance organization. including two ALS tcchnicians. I cannot be more positive about this experience. The patient had R lethal condition which clearly was turned around by the ALS teChni· cians and the suppon crew at the scene. If it were not ror the excellence that I witncssW at the scene, this patient would hIlve certainly died. In an ern of declining voluntccrism in America, it \., cer· tainly rewarding to see such heroism and dedication. It is too often overlooked what the volunteers contribute to a community. I hope that actions like these become publicized to encoumge more people to volunteer ror some type of community service. I personally commit the resources of Thomp$On HospilJlI10 any training or other such activity that might help your organl7Jltion to continue to provide the quality care thntJ witnessed ycsterday.
