Wheelock, of Albany, will he the principal speaker at the formal dedication of the new High School building Friday evening, Oct 15. There will be in addition a number of other well known speakers. A musical program has been arrang ed that Is certain to add to the pleas ure and Interest of the occasion. The public is Invited to Inspect the building during the afternoon of that date. The dedication of the building has been delayed because of the inability of Mr. Wheelock to attend. It was desired especially that he be tho speaker of the occasion and the dedication was deferred until such time as he has an open date. The new building, is one of tho finest school houses In the Southern Tier. It Is large and airy, with a flood of fine light and- Is ideal. The pupils and teachers alike are delighted with their surroundings-this, year and some fine work is under way. The exercises begin at 8 o'clock. Sr. Wheelock, is assistant commissioner of Secondary Education, representing the University of the State of New York and he will make the principal address of the evening. Johnson, specialist for train ing classes, University of the State of New York.
