Does This Interest You ? ENDICOTT'S rapidly increasing popu lation is making a constant and pressing de mand for* building lots—and we have the lots the best lots to be had—in fact, the only available vacant lots near 'The Heart of the City.\ We have about 50 lots left in Plot No. 7, the ideal building section of the village. Water mains have been placed throughout the plot, and side walks are being constructed along Riverview Drive, and hundredsjof shade trees will be planted there this year. \ These lots are largejand well located, and are right in line for rapidjincrease in value. ' We believe that they will be worth at least 25 per cent more[by this time next year. This town is bound to grow and a 25 per cent increase is quite conservative as com pared to that of the past few years. JThe great[manufacturing[and industrial plants already here set a present and not&future value on a lot purchasedjhere. gj • fcThe opportunity to purchase'one of these Tots - in the \Riverview\ section is fast passing.
