So far as is known, none of the Lewis county postmasters will be feeling the axe within the next year. United States Attorney Oliver D. Burden, Syracuse, and Marshal William N. Cronxie. Uliea. might be expected to remain, because they are 3till serving their first terms. However, due to the importance of their positions there may be soane question about this.
