Turkey Dinner Fort Covington Presbyterian Church ACE The ladies of the Presbyter- ian Church of Fort Covington will again offer their annual Turkey Supper. It will be served on Saturday, October 5, begin- ning at 4 p.m. in the Fellowship Rooms of the church. The pub- lic is cordially invited. St. Andrews Presbyterian Church St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Huntingdon will hold a Turkey Dinner on Sat., Sept. 21. 1985 starting at 4:30 p.m. until all are served. Turkey with all the trimmings. $2.50 for children 5 to 12 and $6.00 for adults. registration for the Adult and Community Edu- cation program at Salmon River Central is now in progress. The courses to offered are adult non-swim, adult swim, \Are You kidding a Computer on My Farm/' GED, three-hour Pre- licensing, intermediate adult swimmer, introduction to painting with acrylics, micro-computer literacy, photography I, quilting, recreation night, volleyball and basketball, slimnastics, water aerobics, and word processing. The Adult and Community Education Program will be offering two sewing work- shops: \How to Make a jogging Suit\ which will be held October 3, 7 10 and \Making Pleated Pants\ which will be held October 17 and October 31st. Donna Hastings will be the workshop instructor. An informational meeting will be held September 26th at 7 p.m. in the High School Home Eco- nomics room. This meeting is Seaway Valley Womens Club tor participants in both work- shops. Cost for each workshop will be $8.00. Students will supply the materials. Maximum enrollment will be 12; for each class. Moonshine Squares Offering Classes Moonshine Squares Modern Western Square Dance Club of Malone, is offering classes in Modern Western Square Danc- ing. Carl Trude of Altona will be the instructor. Enrollment will be held Friday evening, Sep- tember 20, starting at 8 p.m. The classes will be held in the Ballard Mill Theatre in Malone, located just off William St. New series of lessons begins on this date, from 8:00 to 10:30 p.m., and will continue until Spring. Following a delicious dinner the business meeting was con- ducted with the president, Mrs. John Brill, presiding. Activities for the year were planned. A food sale will be held on Thurs- day, October 3, time and place to be announced later. The officers for the ensuing year are: Pres. Ruth Brill, Vice pres. Joan Elliott, Sec.
