According to the proposal, four basic objectives will comprise the comprehensive planning program: 1. A LAND USE PLAN will be prepared to establish the ultimate development objectives and pat- terms of the Village, and which will provide the basis for the com- prehensive review and updating of Zoning and development of the Subdivision Ordinances in the Vil- lage. 2. A CIRCULATION FLJAN twill be prepared to establish a mujbr.'j and secondary road, system widen.' ij capable of' accommodating th'SS future needs and demands of all forms of development in Fairport. 3.
