Mario Cuomo in _ Thursday's primary etection. «_ Cuomo is battling New York City Mayor Edward Koch in the Democratic gubernatorial race. Falls Man Drowns QLCOTT - A 10-year-old Niagara Falls boy helplessly watched. his father drown in Lake .Ontariq near here yesterday after the man was thrown from the boat by a wave, Niagara County Sheriff's deputies said. The body of the man, identified as Robert J.
