Mr. and Mrs. Henry Alwardb spent Christmas with relatives of tbe latter in Rochester. Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Ayer of Buffalo were over Christmas guests of rela fives in this place. Miss Flora Wobster went to War saw Saturday morning to spend tbe holidays with relatives. Louis Riband came bome from Rochester Saturday night and re mained over Ohristmas. Carl Richards is home from De troit, where he has been employed in an automobile factory. W. H. Kane was bome from Buf falo to spend Sunday and Christmas with his mother and sister. Pease expects to accompany them to Ithaca upon their return home t o spend the win ter with them. Prof. W. E. Buok came up from Hornell last night and left tbis morn ing for Syracuse to attend tbe meet ing of tbe Associated Academio\Prin cipals of New York State.
